Cannot burn empty. Like most kitchen appliances, an electric coffee pot cannot be burned empty. It must be filled with water and coffee grounds before turning on the power, and must never be powered on when the pot is empty. When brewing coffee, always pay attention to the water level in the pot. If the water is almost dry, cut off the power in time, otherwise it will also burn out the pot body.
Pay attention to waterproofing. The electric coffee pot should not be dry boiled, nor should it be filled with too much water, otherwise the water will overflow and wet the electric heating element after boiling. When adding water at the same time, do not let it splash onto the electrical components of the pot to avoid reducing the insulation performance. When cleaning a coffee pot, do not directly immerse the pot body in water. Instead, remove the filter and filter separately for cleaning. It is best to wipe other components with a clean soft cloth.
Regularly remove scale. Before using an electric coffee pot for the first time, two pots of boiling water should be boiled to remove any unpleasant odors. In the future, descaling should be done 2-5 times a year based on usage.
